Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unused or gently used (opened products may be returned if you experienced an adverse reaction)
• In original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by your order number

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
• Gift sets that have been opened and partially used
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@rrconcepts.shop with:

• Your order number (e.g., RRC-2026-1234)
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• Reason for return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving a return authorization from us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right product to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@rrconcepts.shop. Include a photo of the damage or incorrect item and we'll make it right immediately.
